I think i'm going to like this! I think that's good mouse to post links, wishes etc but also keep it as a diary because we have a board (even if it's dead) and a fluff and a bitch board. And we want to make this different. I think we should make people curious so they want to come and see what's happening in our lifes ;-). Maybe some little secret thoughts....

as for a theme... well, what we want to do is to activate people, so anything that can do that in whatever fashion would be cool - and no harm in chit-chat either. i was thinking of posting stuff like birthday wishes, we could add our award winners here, give booktips - anything really...

I was thinking if there is any specific theme we want to try to get this blog going about, or should it just be general chit chat?

LS, i can't access the template - not because i have a wish for messing with it but to install the "blog this" - seems i need a separate one for each blog... oh the cats. we got three cats, two rats and a mini hamster and there is a WAR going on here. that poor hamster is terrified!! one day Medusa managed to "fish" up half his poor little ear. so now whenever she comes by his box, Boo rolls over and play dead. The rats cage is TV for her. she spends hours there, full of desire. The black male cat, rasmus is more interested in kissing them. he tries to lick them clean whenever he can. i think he thinks that he is really a miniature human.

Only took me about an hour to get it going *g*

I read your blog about the cat in the closet and couldn't stop laughing. Both Flash and Shadow have a habbit of jumping down on the side of our dresser between the wall and a box which is sitting there. There's so little room they cannot jump up by themselves, so every now and then we get those miews too *g* And ofcourse if we don't pay attention right away they go into Big Lion mode.

I have set it to show 7 days worth of posts on the first page, but that can be changed depending on how busy we get blogging. But I'll suggest at least 1 or 2 days before they roll off the front page. I'll also suggest that you go the the settings page and scroll down to the very buttom of the page and install either the right click extension or the bookmarklet. It is so nice having that feature if you come across something on another webpage you want to blog about, because that makes you able to blog from any page on the web :) You might close the browser down and reopen it after having installed either one, so it can take effect.

Experiment with the posting and don't be afraid to mess it up. I have the template on my harddrive and can always reenter it in the template field if anything does go wrong :) I think FlashCat (The Orange tabby) wants to be included. He is sitting here next to me on the table and is looking like he is very interested ;P

Ok. I chose to set up the blog at Tripod instead of either of your domains. This is to save bandwidth. Let me know if you like the design, layout, colors etc. We should also get a list of links to other blogs, sites etc, but I have no clue which ones *g*
